All Ypsilon Amsterdam products are made to order. This means each item is produced only after your purchase is confirmed, allowing us to reduce waste and operate responsibly.

Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is shipped.

 

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

- The Netherlands

- European Union countries

If you are located outside these regions, please contact us before placing an order.

 

Shipping Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

- Netherlands: 2–4 business days

- European Union: 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, or peak periods.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs € 5,00 per order.

 

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to follow your package until delivery.

 

Customs & Duties

For orders shipped within the EU, no customs duties apply.
